Tasting profile
Fresh citrus (lemon, lime), green apple, subtle floral notes, mineral-driven finish; light-to-medium body and vibrant acidity.
Evolution: Over 1-2 years, fruit flavors soften, floral and honeyed notes emerge, freshness slowly declines; mid-palate loses vibrancy after 2 years.
At peak: At its peak (2024-2025), wine is expressive, crisp, and balanced, displaying pure fruit and pronounced minerality.

- Current condition
- Fresh, crisp, vibrant; showing youthful aromatics and primary fruit
This Pinot Grigio reaches peak within its first 12-18 months post-vintage because of its aromatic and acid-driven style. During this period, the wine shows its purest fruit, floral lift, and fresh finish. As time passes, primary aromatics and crispness diminish, and the wine can become dull and lose appeal. After its peak, fruit notes may appear bruised and palate can turn flat.
Food pairing
Ideal with light starters, seafood (shrimp, calamari, oysters), salads, grilled white fish, vegetable risotto, and mild cheeses. At peak, pairs perfectly with raw seafood, sushi, or Caprese salad; as it softens (by late 2025), could pair with lightly creamy pasta or roast chicken but not strongly flavored dishes.
