Pazo Señorans Albariño is considered one of the benchmark examples of Rías Baixas. The 2020 vintage was excellent with ripe, balanced fruit and good acidity. Given the wine’s inherent high acidity and low sugar, it develops beautifully in bottle for at least 10 years. The peak years 2023-2028 reflect a balance between youthful vibrance and aged complexity.
